Graduates of the Conestoga Human Resources Management graduate certificate, who also hold a bachelors degree and meet the admission criteria, will be considered academically qualified to apply to University of Fredericton Master of Business Administration, MBA program.

Applicants who have completed the Human Resources Management graduate certificate are eligible to receive advanced standing toward University of Fredericton MBA 5045 Strategic Human Resources Planning MBA course.
