| Course Description |
This introductory course is tailored to meet the needs of students who are new to project management, or who have not had formal project management training. Students will be introduced to the basic concepts of both the traditional Waterfall (plan driven) Project Management framework following PMI's PMBOK as well as the Agile Project Management (change driven) frameworks. Students will be able to understand the benefits of both frameworks and compare the two; learning the practical application of each. After successful completion of this course, students will be prepared to be introduced to more advanced concepts of project management for both Waterfall as well as Agile Project Management. |
